20 cm Wedding Flower Preservation Heart ~ Suffolk Based

20cm x 5cm Freestanding solid Heart
Filled with your own wedding or special flowers.
I will try to re-create your wedding bouquet as closely as possible.
Perfect for latger roses, foliage and a selection of smaller blooms from your bouquet.
I use the highest quality vegan, cruelty free, non toxic eco resin in all my orders.
The resin is UV stable to prevent yellowing but please keep your keepsake flowers away from direct sunlight whenever possible.
This is a made to order item and therefore unfortunately non refundable due to the costs of my materials.
I am fully experienced with using resin but please note there can be slight imperfections within the resin which are beyond my control.
Please make sure you take into consideration the size of your keepsake to the size of your flowers.
If the flower is larger that the measurements of the keepsake then it won’t fit.
Air bubbles, silica sand and trapped flower particles can happen with any order but it is just a part of the item being handmade and not a fault.
Please be aware that the the look and colour of your flowers preserved in resin will depend on the age and condition of your flowers when we receive them.
I'm not responsible for wilted flowers in a poor condition however, I will try my best to save them.
If I feel your flowers are too far gone or damaged to use, I will reach out to you to find a solution or refund.
White flowers may dry a cream colour or slight brown with a vintage look. I will do my best to achieve their original natural color.
Some flowers fall apart during preservation pricess but I will attempt to re-assemble or if this isn't possible, I will float your petals throughout the design.
Some petals are thin and sometimes seem spotted and translucent. This is a natural result of petals submerged in wet resin but they still look beautiful.
I will choose the healthiest freshest blooms from your bouquet. Sadly I am unable to return any spare flowers back to you.
Because of the curing process, I have to pour the resin in layers over time so slight lines in the resin may be visible. This is the only way these items can be made.
I will always try to avoid such minor imperfections but these are sometimes beyond my control.
***SENDING YOUR FLOWERS***
When you have placed your order please message me for my address to send your flowers to me.
I am based on the outskirts of Stowmarket, Suffolk and if you are local, I'm more than happy for you to drop off your flowers directly to my house to save posting them.
The flowers will need to be sent as soon as possible after the event so they are as fresh as possible.
PLEASE DO NOT WRAP ANY FLOWERS IN PLASTIC AS THEY WILL ROT
To send the flowers to me please wrap them loosely in tissue or newspaper around them and pop in a box.
Please leave your flowers still hand tied in the arrangement your florist gave you them in as this will help protect your flowers on their journey to me.
Please use Royal Mail Guaranteed 24hr next day delivery when sending them otherwise your flowers will not be at their freshest.
Please don't put anything wet in the box, keep them as dry as possible.
I will let you know when I receive your flowers and keep you up to date with every stage of your flower's process.
***PROCESSING TIME***
As soon as I receive your flowers, I will pop them straight into the silica sand to start the drying process.
This will normally take 2 to 3 weeks.
Once dry, they will arranged in your chosen mould before the resin process begins.
My eco resin can take up to approx 3 weeks to cure and set.
Therefore please allow approx 8 weeks for your order to be fulfilled.
